This issue of the newsletter is delayed a bit because of the involvement of entire team with eGovWorld
2007
preparations scheduled for November 29-30 in New Delhi,
India. Our apologies to the readers for the delay. Stakeholders from government,
multilateral agencies, industry , academia, civil society organizations are all
coming on a single platform to discuss the strategies to enhance the quality of
services under national e-Governance program (NeGP) of India during the conference.
