Bahrain to launch mGovernment services as an extension of e-Government services
The Comprehensive National Telecommunications Centre is going to role out e-Government services that will bve available to the residents of the country through their mobile devices and a dedicated government hotline number. revelaled the Chief Executive Officer, Mohammed Ali Al Qued of Bahrain e-Government Authority.
The editorial membaewr of m-Govworld team has learnt that the tenders for implementation of e-Government and mGovernment projects have been announced . After the deadline for receipt of proposals is over and the implementation carried out, the citizens and resisentd of the country will be able to avail mobile government services through the e-Government website, government hotline number as well as mobile devices, thus extending the reach of services to citizen doorsteps and making the government@24/7 a reality.The chief of the e-Government authority revealed that the services were planned after discussion with various global experts and participation in various global conferences.
